Perhaps I may have approached your Board before, my complaint about the intHP 2800 I bought through Dell paid for online (Call Centre in India) around £ 450 remains unresolved for over two years. I even e-mailed to CEO of HP called Mr Hurd. He has abscounded but this joint called HP still looting the cosumers around the Globe. I believe you as respected champion of cosumer's rights.
