We had a house fire 11/2/2009, had to send the insurance check to Citi. We had problems finding out where to send/fax/call as there is no phone number available. Got paperwork back for some vague reason, it took until April 2010 for us to get the initial 50%. Several more inspections, numerous delays, paperwork wrong or not submitted. Now we are ready to move in and get the final inspection. requested it on Nov 5, 2010. This time I was told there was a $35 fee. Sent that on Nov.8. Then received call that hfee had been waived.
