I had been contacted by an Our 365 customer service rep to schedule my son's pictures for his 2nd birthday. When she called me, she wanted to schedule an appointment at my old address. I told her that we no longer lived there and that a photographer had been out to my new address previously. She said she just saw the new address, and would call me back when she had appointments available at my home address. SHE NEVER CALLED BACK!
