We have now applied for a modification twice now with Chase. THis has been on going since March 2010. I lost my full time job and my husband who works seasonal was laid off, I was also 4 months pregnant. I contacted Chase in late February to attempt to make half a payment (we were both on unemployment). Trying to make an attempt with them is ridiculous, they literally told me they would not take half payments and I would be better of waiting.
