I open an account with FPL online and get the electricity in my new Apt in Miami, than later FPL asked for $230 deposit, Since I was out of the country in August 17 2010 FPL sent tech. to disconnect my service. After my return I called FPL and ask them to put my service back so they asked me to pay over the phone the deposi + $15.29 for the electricity charge.
