I have acquired payday loans before, not from Cashnet USA. A man called me today at work, with a very heavy eastern accent and told me that I had a legal matter with New York Court House. I am not in NY, told him I had not dealings with Cashnet, he told me it may be a diff. lender...still not making sense to me. He went on to ask if we can resolve the past due amount today.
