I saw this ad for grant proposal writing and expert applications and I thought it would help me get a grant for housing so I paid the $3.95 for the CD and within a week they preauthorized and charged me $74.95 without telling me I'm glad I checked my bank online but still haven't been able to stop the check.They qouted me a price and I paid they said it was no additional charges they lied.
