I purchased a cane advertised to be 36" in length and with a solid wood handle. The cane that arrived was only 30" in length and the handle was made of metal. I called customer service (never an answer) and emailed back and forth with a customer service representative for a few days. I was informed that I could not exchange the item because they do not have a 36" cane in stock. Their website lists many canes of 36" in length, by the way.
