Just another in a long line of complaints about DCA. First I will give you a "working number" where you can actually talk to someone. I got a confirmation number that my "membership" will be cancelled and that they are refunding my money. That number is 1-800-377-1216. However, I would like to add that it really is probably more the fault of those of us too lazy to a)listen all the way through to the end of the video b) read the fine print and/or c) pay attention to details.
