My Father bought my son XBox live subscription thru Atlantic Broadband cable co. When my son moved out over 9 mths ago they called Atlantic Broadband and Xbox live and cancelled it. Well now 9 mths later he opens his bank statement and there are several charges for Xbox live. Over $150.00 of charges for xbox live. We tryed to contact customer support but we got nowhere. He had to go to his bank and contest the charges, also he had to open a new acct so XBox Live cant charge him anymore. read full review »
