Purchased a refrigerator from Sears Great Indoors 8/24/10. Supposed to get $refund of delivery charges by sending in form which had to be sent within 30 days. I mailed the form 8/25/10. Called Sears to see why my rebate had not arrived on 10/18. I was told to re-mail it. Never received a response. Called again in Nov and was told it wasn't received in time and I would not be reimbursed. I completed my state rebate form same day and received it promptly with no problems.
