On October 28, 2010, I took my 2003 Dodge Grand Caravan into NTB for brake service, and oil change. It was suggested that I also get the tires rotated and balanced. On the 29th day of October, I took my family on a trip to see our grandson at Georgetown College, in Kentucky. We spent the weekend, and on the way back we had to stop in Nashville, Tn. because we had tire trouble.
