Tried REDBOX for first time this week. Rented 2 movies. Went yesterday to return them (on foot a few blocks away from my home) and the machine was frozen. Store manager said he has no affiliation. I waited a while but nothing. Tried again just now and machine is STILL FROZEN so I can't return them. So that's 2 movies both 2 days late plus tax, for something that isn't my fault.
