I recieved a tech from A&E Repair services On Nov 3rd I believe. Originally came over. Arrived at my home on time when it was said to appear time 8: or 8:30 am. Looked at my refrig. Said that the reason my water dispencer was not working is because the back pannel of my refrig. was iced frozen and blocking for the water to run up and come out through the water dispencer.
