I signed up for a free trial. Pay postage of about $4.50. Got billed$44.85 on my credit card. Tried calling 3 times. On one call, supposed to have a 45 minute hold, I held for 1 hour 20 min. and never got through. They also signed me up with a subscription to FitFactory .com without my authorization. A $29.95 monthly bill. I was able to cancel that without charge as it was within "the trial period." I cancelled the charge on my credit card. Product arrived 23 days later and I will refuse the package through the US Mail. read full review »
