My checking account was hit by this "company" for 345.00, I have no idea who they are!!! in an email sent to me they state that I had a Loan in March of 09, , thing is i never even had a bank account, credit card or debit card back then, i followed up with the ripoffreport.com and the State of California where i found that these people had a cease and desist order, they go by many other names so people BEWARE!!!
