Found HAIR mid-way through a bag of Boca Java Spiced Vanilla Bean Coffee ordered and delivered from bocajava.com. Reported it, was told via e-mail by "Daniele W." that, while she was "sorry", no one with that color hair worked there (I'm not making it up...). Got an e-mail the next day from Boca Java's COO "Mary Maino" to apologize for "Daniele W.'s" poor response, Mary advised of a full refund and apologized for what she called "Fibers".
