After having the F1 error on my washer for weeks and not finding any answers in the manual (except to call an expensive repairman for something that might be minor), I researched the issue on the wonderful internet. I, ofcourse, found out that many people have had the same problem with the Kenmore Elite Oasis top loading washer. I spent a lot of money on this washer and dryer set and do not expect it to break down after less than 3 years. I am not very handy and am a single mother with three children...and many loads of laundry. Advice? Is there a recall? Can I get Sears to repair the faulty washer for low or no cost?
