Today I had a Dish Supervisor tell me that even though we upgraded to the Dish 120 package that we lost the Hallmark Channel which our family watches alot. We would never have upgraded if their trained customer support people would have said, "Sir, you need to know that if you upgrade to the 120 package from the Family package that you will lose certain channels."
