About six month ago I canceled my service with DirectTV after several years with Direct TV. I over-paid service for $62.80. I called several times asking for the refund. They said the money would be kept for 8 weeks. I don't know if there is such a regulation for that! Well, I received statement every month for five months they own me $62.80.
