I made an agreement with Sean Nolan to purchase a vehicle that NTS sells as a sideline. I sent Sean Nolan a $750.00 deposit. 3 days after receiving my deposit, Sean Nolan lists the same vehicle for sale on ebay. When I confronted him about this, he said that he had two vehicles with the same VIN number. I then refused to go through with the sale, and Sean Nolan refuses to return my deposit.
