I bought the Straight Talk cell phone at the local Walmart, and began the transfer / porting process online on the ST website, and within a few days a new # appeared on our new phone, and the phone worked fine. I went back onto the website and tried to again port our old T-mobile # to the new phone, but to no avail. The first customer service call took 45 minutes and the person ( in the Phillipines) told me they would send via Fedex, a replacemnt sim card, which would solve the problem.
