My family, which includes my wife and son, had Gold's Gym membership which we cancelled as of April 2010. I sent a letter to ABC Financial on March 29 and requested termination of membership after a month, as stipulated in the contracts. They have continued to charge our credit card for my son's membership even though he moved away to college and I told them that.
