NEVER NEVER NEVER trust Wells Fargo when they tell you they can help you with a loan modification for your home loan. I have been wasting my time for 1 full year giving information over and over and over to multiple different customer service reps, loan modification specialists, and underwriters that I think I am going to lose my mind.
