After receiving my order and discovering that the dvds are of poor quality, I have attempted to contact the company numerous times through my personal email as well as their website and have yet to hear from them. The paperwork that came with my order is in Chinese and if I find someone to translate it and mail it back, I have no guarantee I will get my money back.
