The following is a review of FILESTREASURY.COM. In an effort to find an inexpensive (student) version of a particular software, I agreed to pay a $1.95 fee to allow me access to thousands of software titles. I was led to believe that I could find the software on this website. The software title that was advertised to be available was nowhere to be found. The $1.95 charge was nowhere to be found - I did find a $102.60 charge from Browsing-Solutions.com in Moscow. I was also charged a $3.00 foriegn transaction fee.
