ATG website had an Estimated delivery date of 11/16. On 11/15 there was a new estimated ship date of 12/03. I contacted shipper and they informed me that ATG would have to authorize an earlier ship date. I contacted ATG and Scott informed me there was nothing he could do. I asked to speak to a manager. I received a call back 5 hours later from Andrew. Andrew informed me again that there was nothing they could do to improve the shipping date.
