After receiving the box, I am surprised to find out that I only have 2 units, instead of 4. It was very hard to understand the phone ordering process. Furthermore, the Free product is not free, it is charged $14.50 for each. I tried it, very hard to clean, slow to heat up and cook. Call customer service to return, got the return code, that's all. This rep gave me a run around of how to use the smart label and where to put the return code, if I used the smart label, it would cost me another $14.50.
