Called on 11/14 and made appt. for a quote on a new Furnace. They said someone would come out by noon the next day. Nobody showed so I called back and made an appt for 11/19 and they said someone would show between 12 -4 At 3:45 I called them and could tell from the rep that it wasnt scheduled. He said someone could still come out, but didnt know when. I asked if they could be there by 4, he responded "if not, we can reschedule" This is the worst customer service that I've dealt with in Heating / Plumbing.
