I purchase 2 pair of boots from this website (black pair and a brown pair)...When I received my shipped order I only received 1 pair of boots (brown) and they sent me the wrong size. I called customer service it took about 15 to 20 calls to just get through, then I waited on hold for 20 min to talk to someone!
