As a former employee, who was very close to the owner during my employment, I can totally understand all of these former customers complaints. I have seen it with my own eyes. Any positive statement written on this page was undoubtedly written by Heidi or someone in her immediate family. She is the epitemy of scum. I wouldn't even qualify her as human. - her poor animals are kept in filth in her own home. they are covered in feces and matted to the skin.
