This is an extremely long post and let me apologize for that up front. I don't expect anyone to really read it start to finish but I need to follow through on my threat to Comcast to post my nearly 3-month long email exchange with them. My request is seemingly simple. I want copies of 3 statements from 2009 to confirm that I was not being charged for two modems back then.
