I paid 1.99 for the grant information and today $94.89 was taken from my account. I can not afford this, my husband is out of work. I was only trying to get information. I want it replaced and can not get through on the number that is listed next to the change and have called several times. They say their hours are from 7:30 to 4 Mon thru Fri.
