This company has great food, but they are seriously challenged with their service and operations. They have an online delivery service which tells you when to expect the order. My time was 45 minutes. The first time I ordered, I got a call 10 minutes later asking me a question about my order. As she's hanging up the phone, she says, "okay, that will be an hour and 15 minutes." So, since it was 10 minutes later, instead of the time being 45 minutes, it's 85 minutes...and I already paid the delivery fee and 20% tip. So, I tell... read full review »
