I Asked them who authorized this charge...they said, I did with an electronic signature. I did not authorize any such transaction and told them to take the charge off my American Express Card. I also contacted American Express and my Teachers Association Credit Union in Hudson, FL. I do electronic payments through my credit union to pay bills electronically. read full review »
