Do not waste your money. I tried it for 5-months and the results were POOR to none. Customer service is nonexistent. The resume service was a RIP OFF! - boiler plate text and not very responsive - After I sent an email complain about the tardy service I was promised prompt follow-up, which of course never happened!!. They were quick to up-sell to the resume service but once signed up the service was poor. The person who sold the resume service did not respond to my emails. The CEO instead of doing a book tour should be cleaning up the act of his staff!! read full review »
