Beware anyone with aspirations of purchasing a Samsung refrigerator! I have had problems with my Samsung, model #RS556SH, and according to the information I have found online, it seems Samsung is not a reliable refrigerator manufacturer. Not only that, but their customer service absolutely stinks! I have had three problems with the refrigerator side of my Side-by-Side, and it is only five years old.
