Female employee at evening shift not using gloves and overcharging customers, TERRIBLE attitude and speaking about clients in a depictable manner right in front of them but in her language and refuses to give me a receipt for me to see what I'm being charged for. Can't do her job right and throws the latte right on the counter sprinkling coffee on my face. Its unacceptable and embarrasing that a franchise like Dunkin Donuts is hiring such human GARBAGE. The franchise management should close that particular store if they can't get normal working people behind their counters. read full review »
