My complaint is about the sales representative Sonia Medford. I been her client for years, but lately she overcharge me for the products. But my real complain is that on november 17, 2010 i ordered a fantasy ring, three days later went to her house to cancel the order(november 20, 2010) and she dares tells me that i can't cancel the order because she will get stock w/it, I insisted that i don't need it anymore and she told me NO!
