On Tuesday, November 16, 2010, I went to the Memphis Greyhound Bus Station on Union Avenue to wait for the 10 p.m. bus to Dallas, TX. I had traveled Greyhound quite frequently before from this station and although service has never been great, it has also never been as awful as what happened to me that night.
