I broke my foot while on the job. As soon as I got of work I went to the ER and they ER doctor said it is broken you need to see a Orthopedic doctor and stay off of your foot. I notified my boss and I was told to come in the next day and fill out some paperwork. My boss took me to see their workmans compensation doctor. He told them that I DID NOT need to return to work but to stay off of foot.
