I used their shuttle service, and I am wondering why they don't post the dirty-clunker vehicle they actually show up in! Also, why do they state that they give refunds for service not provided, when really what they are doing is not providing the service and keeping your money without an explination as to why! Try using that USA phone number and see if you can get through! It never works! Trying to get someone to answer the Costa Rica number is a task in itself!
