A&E is actually Sears. Sears has poor customer service, so its no surprise A&E is poor also. My first appointment was for 8-12. They showed up at 3:30. My second appointment was from 8-12. Called the day before and was told I was the first appointment of the day. By 12:30 the day of the appointment, no call/no show. I cancelled the appointment and will go with a local guy. Dont buy from Sears. And dont use Sears or A&E for repairs. read full review »
