i went online to apply for a loan, some way or another USA credit got my information, began debiting $149.95 out of my acct. my acct is now overdraft by almost $200.00 because of them, i put a block on my acct. now they had a representive that called me talking fast saying they were taking a lawsuit out against me if i didn't agree to pay them in 3-4 days for three hundred dollars that i never rec. told her i dispute the validity of the debt and to cease and dissit any further contact. this is ridiculous, is there anything i can do to get this situation taking care of? read full review »
