The Lease Outlet will not return my refundable deposit. They took advantage of me because I have never leased a car before. I found the same car for 4k cheaper. The sales guy was a smooth talker and pretended he was my friend until I asked for the deposit back. Then he hung up on me. I just want the deposit back.
