Placed order on 11/8/10 waited the 7-15days. 11/19 called several times on 11/19 and finally Raul answered and stated that the product had not been shipped and that he would have to call the shipping department and to call back on Monday. 11/22 called back took several times again and finally someone answered the phone and stated that the jacket had not shipped and I explained how I had called on Friday and Raul stated to call back today.
