I called Triple AAA Roadside Assistance today at 7:19 AM and the agent took all my information and told me that someone would be out in 45 minutes. I waited 45 minutes and then called back and was told that my first call had no information on it so it was cancelled. I was irate. The agent that took my call apparently did not write down any thing she asked me. I was livid that I waited all that time and she did not do her job. read full review »
