I had a bad experience with this dealership a year ago- I was ignored by reps while browsing and actually bought my car from the Orlando dealer 2 hours away instead. I wanted to trade my 2010 Mini for a 2011... I decided to do this on my own because I had a great experience the first time at Mini of Orlando last November when my fiance accompanied me.
