I also have been a target of this scam because I visited Intelius. I work for an online marketing company and no this type of "membership program" Similar companies have tried to sell us the value program for our own customers and I refuse to do it. When you put your credit card information into a site like Intelius, you get this pop up offer for this membership program. You have to click Yes Or No to accept.
