Pleaes, please, please seek another way to get a birth certificate. This company is awful, they lied to me about where my request was, "your request was shoved into a pile of other junk and we didn't do it". This was after 8 weeks, 2 unanswered emails and 3 hpours on the phone trying to find a direct phone number (which by the way is 1-562-462-2199) after being on hold with VitalChek for another 45 min.
